Are you feeling hurt, unhappy, unsatisfied, abused, or even questioning yourself about what happened in your birth?

Is there a specific part of your birth that you just can't stop thinking about no matter how hard you try?

Are you experiencing severe pain in your body that YOU KNOW is not a normal part of the birth healing process?

A birth story medicine session will give you to the opportunity to share your story uninhibited & uninterrupted as you are held in full love & presence so you can feel truly heard & seen in the tender days of postpartum & beyond.

We will briefly discuss what your hope & vision is for our time together at the start of the first session then you will be given the space to share your birth story to what you feel is completion. This is a sacred space for you to vulnerably share all that you may be thinking and feeling about your birth process.

You may find that the majority of the time in the first session is spent with you sharing your story & that is perfect as this is so vital to the process of integrating trauma in order to transmute it into power.

In subsequent sessions I will slowly introduce different tools I have to offer you, setting the framework & mapping out your unique road to healing.

This session can be done anytime after having your baby.

Initial Session - 90 minutes for $150

All Sessions After - 60 minutes for $100

We will connect via Zoom unless you are local to Albuquerque & surrounding areas than we can absolutely schedule an in person meeting

These sessions are for laying a strong foundation of understanding birth, so that you will:

• be clear on exactly what it is that you want for your birth

• know how to go about making your perfect birth a reality

• have the power and confidence to create strong and loving boundaries around your birth choices

• understand the physiology of birth
